May take up to 4-6 weeks to complete depending on complexity of the piece.

Prices do not include props, background or complex costume/ character design.

Additional costs may apply depending on its complexity.

If commission is required by certain deadline, please let me know as I may need to include rush fee.

Due to the customised nature of my work, I will only process cancellations prior to any work being completed.

Once the illustration process has started, there will be no refunds provided.

All artwork is done in Photoshop CS6

You will receive a completed file in 300 dpi, A4 sized JPEG format.

All images will be submitted digitally via recipient’s email. No physical items will be shipped or delivered.

The piece will be stylised to fit my art style.

After receiving payment, I will be sending you a coloured sketch for your approval.

You are allowed a total of two revisions during the draft stage. Revisions beyond this point will each come at an addition of 20% of the base commission price.

After the sketch phase, I will send you the lineart and base colours for your approval (coloured sketch commission will skip this step and go straight to touching-up).

Once I send the finished piece, the only revisions I will make will be basic edits to the colours if it is a coloured piece.

Prices are for personal/ non-commercial use only and may not claim to the rights of the drawing. No mass production, selling or profit of any kind made off from my art to you.

You agree that the artwork being created for this commission (at any stage of completion) will not be put onto a blockchain or NFT marketplace or AI under ANY circumstances or by any means such as a bot or by your own actions.

Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, blockchains or cryptocurrency or AI is strictly prohibited.

For commercial price, please inquire separately.

The conditions for commercial commissions include:-Youtube/ Twitch/ Patreon/ Webiste Banners. Promotional Artwork, Game Assets, Published Book Covers, Merchandise, or anything in which the artwork be a majority of the presentation. NFTs and AI usage remains prohibited.

You shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall you sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.

If you see anything not listed, like icons, sketches, banners or character’s model sheet, please ask me.

I reserve the rights over the final artwork and will post the artwork on my social media to expand my personal portfolio or promote the service unless requested not to.

In good faith, I will not sell or resell the commission in any way, shape or form.

Do not edit or remove my signature/ watermark from the finished piece.
